فقر الدم اللاتنسجيBlood and cancer disease

النخاع العظمي يتوقف عن صنع كل خلايا الدم تقريباً، فتنقص الكريات الحمراء والبيضاء والصفائح معاً. غالباً سببه مناعي، وأحياناً أدوية أو إشعاع أو فيروسات.The bone marrow stops making almost all blood cells, so red cells, white cells and platelets all fall together. Usually immune, sometimes from drugs, radiation or viruses.

نخاع العظمBone marrowيصنع كريات حمراء تنقل الأكسجين، وبيضاء تحارب العدوى، وصفائح توقف النزيف.Makes red cells that carry oxygen, white cells that fight infection and platelets that stop bleeding.
الهيموغلوبينHaemoglobinبروتين بالكرية الحمراء يحتاج حديد ويحمل الأكسجين.An iron-containing protein in red cells that carries oxygen.

المناعةImmunityخلايا المناعة تهاجم الخلايا الأم بالنخاع. الأشيع.Immune cells attack marrow stem cells; the commonest cause.
الأدوية والسمومDrugs and toxinsبعض المضادات الحيوية، الكيماوي، الإشعاع، والبنزين.Some antibiotics, chemotherapy, radiation and benzene.

الزراعةTransplantزراعة الخلايا الجذعية علاج شافٍ للصغار.Stem-cell transplant can cure younger patients.
المناعة والدعمImmunity and supportمثبطات المناعة، ونقل دم وصفائح، ومضادات للعدوى.Immunosuppressants, blood and platelet transfusion and infection treatment.

Pancytopenia + empty marrowلو سألك الاختبار: نقص كل خلايا الدم بدون طحال متضخم ونخاع فارغ = فقر الدم اللاتنسجي.If the exam asks: pancytopenia without splenomegaly and an empty marrow = aplastic anaemia.

فرشاة ناعمة، بدون حقن عضلية، ومراقبة النزيف.Soft brush, no IM injections and watching for bleeding.

النقلTransfusionالمراقبةMonitoring

متابعة تفاعلات نقل الدم والصفائح.Watch for blood and platelet transfusion reactions.
